Allow testing of vouchers and promotions within Sitesphere

Each promotion has to be tested on the actual website - maybe this involves clearing cache or restarting browser sessions. This can be v. time consuming an tedious. Testing the promotion in SiteSphere would avoid this -WYSIWYG
